The first ever company retreat for Ian Scott International Malaysia Chapter was held in November 2018 at Colmar Tropicale, Bukit Tinggi, Pahang. During the retreat, the proprietor Dato Sr Rosli Atan who is also the MD for Asia Pacific region had officiated where he envisage the short and long term business plan and ISI’s presence in Malaysia is the first and not to compete with other established piers but looking forward to provide add value services by opening other offices within Asia Pacific within 3 to 5 years of establishment.
After this inaugural retreat, a yearly similar retreat will be forthcoming in setting the right path to accomplish the vision and mission of ISI’s presence and to garner more fruition of success not only within valuation, estate agency and property management parameters but in a wider spectrum of strategic real estate consultancy services, equity market and investment.
