A seasoned property article writer Sr Khaidzir Abdul Rasip, Managing Director of Ian Scott International (M) Sdn Bhd, had been awarded by RISM as the ‘Outstanding Writer on Property & Construction’ Excellence Awards 2019 during the 58th RISM annual dinner on 22th June 2019 at Istana Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
The MD, Asia Pacific, Dato Sr. Rosli Atan was overwhelmed by his achievement and encourage all Ian Scott International staff to emulate Sr Khaidzir in acquiring the property market related topic writings to increase knowledge in property sector.
To Sr Khaidzir, the award is beyond his expectation as according to him there are other better fellow writers. He also dedicated this award to Ian Scott International management for immensely supporting him and a big thank you to RISM for the award which aspire him to write even more to benefit the public at large in sharing the property knowledge from the eyes of a Registered Valuer.
He also encourage and opens the door to other corporations having interest in property development and investment in sharing his and his peer’s common benefit by getting hatch with Ian Scott International in future opportunities to come in the name of investment, divestments and business valuations consultancy, locally or abroad.
